I am working as an English teach in a private institution.
Teaching elementary and middle school students is quite okay but it is sometimes difficult for me to teach highschool students, especially ones who never want to study anything
Actually I don't understand why they come to the institution, paying expensive tuition fee
Yesterday I told my students that I would take the quiz in class and some of the students didn't come to class today
just BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO TAKE THE TEST!
I am so stressed-out so i wanna be comforted today :(
I really wanna be a good teacher.. WHAT SHOULD I DO????? HOW CAN I MAKE THEM MOTIVATED?
