Re:      Preparedness  procedures about the customs process

As chairman of the newly organized Air Express committee in Indonesia, it is my duty to implement preparedness

procedures about the  customs process by shipment manifests. We will begin conducting unloading drills, as

well as data-entry drills within the next few weeks. As floor monitors, it  will be your responsibility to organize the

staff for online PDE in your company  in the event of manifesting data online, as well as assisting staff members

in the event of immediate backing up the data and setting on the system.The key is to make sure that your employees

have  in-depth knowledge of all process, as you instruct them on how to proceed, as  well as trying to keep everyone

moving forward. We will be discussing the  procedures and your roles in detail at our next committee meeting, which

will  take place at 10 AM, Friday, March 1st. I would like to take  this opportunity to thank each member who
