Questions 1~3 refer to the following passage.
Is President Obama and the Democrats doing good job? Was American's selection appropriate? Well, almost a year has passed since Obama was elected. And about a week ago, there was a election of Congress. At the election the Republicans, not the Democrats, obtained the majority of the votes. Some deduces from these results that the Democrats has lost their popularity in America and the Democrats are doing a poor job. Will it be true? And some say that the Democrats are doing a good job and the Republican's words is a complete hoax. Will it be true? Who is saying the right thing. We don't know for sure yet. But another poll from the NBC News shows these statistics.

Voted for DEM | 47% | 53% |
Voted for REP | 89% | 11% |
What does this imply? Most of those who voted for Republicans voted for those who political opinion is same with them. It is not REP vs. DEM issue. The Environmental destruction is becoming a worldwide issue. Yet, some irresponsible entrepreneurs are still practicing the long custom of throwing industrial waste into the river, thus further damaging the already unstable enviroment. Why couldn't the government impose further regulations restricting the waste of garbages? President Obama said in his speech that the U.S government was initially an advocate of Exxon Mobil, the greatest environment-hurting company's standpoint, which was: "The Environmental Problem is just a big, big fraud of scientists!" After continued pressure from the Environmental Protectionists and the scientists worldwide, they had finally been able to get into the right way. However, we can still see the enterprises dumping garbages into the river. What was the Kyoto Protocol? It was protecting the environment and reducing the 'greenhouse gas'. Whereas, the Korean government still is acting according to its interests, not acting on the global trend of enviromental protection. We, "The organization of Protecting the Environment" will not stop until the government has found a perfect way to protect the environment. [좀 이상해도 봐주세요]
1. What is the main point of the passage?
(a) to attack the government for being the environmental problem's main erupter
(b) to acknowledge the readers of the seriousness of the environmental problem
(c) to appeal to the readers of protecting environment
(d) to make people know that the gorvernment is striving for the protection of environment
2. Which is correct about President Obama in the passage?
(a) He made a final speech.
(b) He's a advocate of human rights.
(c) He shares opinion with Exxon Mobil.
(d) He's in favor of protecting environment.
